Ingredients
45ml Christmas Pudding Gin
15ml Tawny Port
30ml Cream
1 Whole Egg
Method: Dry Shake/Shake + Double Strain. What’s a dry shake, we hear you ask? Don’t add ice to start. You’ll need to proper emulsify the egg, so give a good ol’ thudwallopping shake until it’s all mixed, THEN add some ice and shake it like you mean it again. Then strain.
Garnish: Grated Nutmeg
