Ingredients:

45ml Christmas Pudding Gin

30ml Lemon Juice

30ml Raspberry Compote

30ml Egg White

Method: Dry Shake + Double Strain. What’s a dry shake, we hear you ask? Don’t add ice to start. You’ll need to proper emulsify the egg, so give a good ol’ thudwallopping shake until it’s all mixed, THEN add some ice and shake it like you mean it again. Then strain.

Garnish: Drops of bitters
